5Decent "all-in-one" guitar tool  Jun 24, 2012

I bought this tool because all of my Jackson guitars have Floyd Rose bridges, so I needed a tool with the right size allen wrenches. When I first got this tool I thought it was great, because it has the wire cutters for the strings, allen wrenches for locking nuts, phillips screwdriver, etc.

The only complaints I have were the price and the design.

I think the price was kind of steep for what you get. It's a decent quality, but not $20 good. If it was made in Germany or Japan, I would gladly pay the price.

The design can easily scratch your guitar. For example, if your tightening strings on a floating bridge, you can easily scratch your guitar surface when screwing the locking nuts in.

I still think it deserves 5 stars though. Its nice to have an all-in-one guitar for gigs.

I had the hardest time finding a Christmas gift for my brother. I found this and added a couple other small things to the package and he was thrilled. It's perfect for anyone who needs to change a string on the go. He said he was thinking of getting another to keep in his case.

Get this tool, very useful for changing strings and tuneup your guitar, you can have it in your pocket or you guitar case all the time..

I was very pleased my 13 yr old son was able to use this tool and restring his guitar. He was very happy to be able to fix the guitar by himself.

Not deluxe, but nice to have for simple uses. Flip out tools don't lock and it doesn't cut strings like a beast but it's fine for the job.
