5danelectro til i die  Jul 15, 2010
chorus is a cheezy effect, so you might as well use a cheap pedal. sure the tone is different than a small clone, but i personally like this better. this is my second fab chorus (the first one i had and gigged with for two years and then it was stolen) so i'm pretty happy with it.

i'm not a huge fan of the pedal's physical design, since a standard foot switch (a la small clone, big muff) or a boss pedal is much easier to hit. you're definitely going to be doing the "correct" thing of planting your heel in front of the pedal well before you hit it, just to make sure you hit it right.

HOWEVER, with the placement of the knobs, you won't accidentally change your tone with you stomp down *cough big muff cough*.

then again, some people like to change their settings with your feet, and you won't be able to do that. it's all a trade off.

1Really low quality  Jun 24, 2010
Some might say you get what you pay for, but the effect this pedal produces isn't even worth the $15 price. A chorus effect should give a pleasant, rich, shimmery sound. This one gives either slightly distorted or a spacey electronic warble, depending on where you put the levels. I was very disappointed and returned the product because it didn't do at all what it promised. Some might like those sounds, but I found it awful.

5Great inexpensive effects  Jun 07, 2010
Hard to argue with the price on a very effective - nice-sounding chorus. Not sure what battery life will be, but I like the sound and love the price.

5Great little pedal  Apr 14, 2010
when you buy this make sure that you also buy the ac adapter. This pedal sounds awesome. It has a thick plastic body, but I imagine that it would take a little stomping. I use the stomp button as a push button. I set it on top of my practice amp and reach over to press the button when I want it turned on. I believe that this pedal will last me for the rest of my life.

great sound btw, and it is easy to dial in the sound that you are looking for. I would recommend this thing to anyone.

3Broke  Aug 20, 2009
I barely used the pedal and it stopped working. It still has passthrough while it's plugged in but it doesn't effect the sound at all like it used to. I opened it up thinking maybe a wire came loose or the chip was burned out, but it looked perfectly fine.

It does sound nice and clean while working. The plasic is very durable for how cheaply they produce these things. I would definitly buy another one, but not right now...
