Ernie Ball Super Slinky String Set (9 - 42) Jul 11, 2010 they sounds really really good but after few days of playing
they lose the tone very quick ,it s too bad ,because i love those strings .
i play about one hour everyday...
maybe there are better strings out there . but i did not find them yet.
Ernie Ball Super Slinky Review Jul 03, 2010 9's don't stay in tune quite as well,or sound quite as powerful as 10's. The high E is more likely to break during really big bends. Yet, they too sound great, and are MUCH easier to play on. After years of fighting with high action guitars, bigger strings, and limited playability, I decided a long time ago to opt for the freedom of the 9-42 set. All the major brands are basically equal in tone and durability. I usually picked one based on the price, availability, and yes, what the package looked like. After evaluating all sorts of strings, in all concievable ways, for more than 22 years now, the 9 gauge Ernie Ball Super Slinkys are my favorites.---JOL.
These are great! I'm still using these as i speak! Jan 30, 2010 Well first of all you get what you paid for these strings!
These are great! Especially knowing they are made by Ernie Ball!
Well these strings are great they are ideal for your string bending
and Progressive/Metal playing!
The Best Jan 25, 2010 I play guitar very frequently, so I change my strings every month. I ALWAYS get these because of their quality. They are great for rock and blues. They are soft and great for bending. These are great strings, and they are my top choice. Let them be your top choice too.

Easy on the finger tips Dec 31, 2009 Beginners and folks who don't play very often will like these strings because they are really easy on the fingers. The strings stay in tune good once the stretch is gone and sound good. Price is right. These Ernie Ball Super Slinky strings are very good.
