this capo is not very good. it's already confusing trying to figure out how it goes on, and after awhile, the grip loosens so your strings start buzzing. get the kyser quick change capo instead.

I had one of these many years ago, and I like it's more compact conformation. The grip is a bit tighter than I would prefer, but the capo works perfectly

I had bought one of these years ago and really liked the feel and sound compared the the shrub capos. The ones that I got this time still have that bright ringing sound but the quality is terrible. Still though they are good for a cheap capo.

I have been using the Hamilton S/L capo for more than 40 years. Sadly, after so long, the spring finally gave out. So searching through Amazon I found my capo! Now I'm happily playing folk music again. Thanks Hamilton and Amazon!
