Perfect Dec 01, 2008
By Mark K. Sheets Perfect product. I have 5 of them with out a single complaint. If I had to complain I would say the plastic anchors are a little sub par, but I used my own anyway. I also installed small rubber door stops behind each guitar because they are hanging in a hall way where they could get bumped into the wall. Under normal circumstances the guitar hangs plenty far enough from the wall (even a full size acoustic). Click on my name above for a picture of guitars hanging, shouldn't the manufacturer show you that?

Highly recommended Mar 29, 2009
By W. Mackenzie I highly recommend this product to anyone that has both guitars and children in the house. The guitar rests against a padded surface. It allows the guitar to be placed well out of reach of little children and with its clamp keeps it from falling it out when older kids get curious.
Having the guitar off the floor stand also makes the room much easier to clean and looks great on the wall.
Construction is sturdy and looks good in our family room. It is very easy to hang. If there is any downside to this product is that it came with a type of drywall anchor that I have seen fail in the past; if you can not attach it to a wooden stud then I recommend getting some good self drilling nylon wallboard screw anchors here is an example:Simpson Strong Tie SWN06 #6 Sure Wall Nylon Drywall Anchor 100 per Box

Great mount for guitar Jan 11, 2007

This is a very secure way to store your guitar up out of the way and off the floor. Padded arms protect the guitar and the self closing tabs make it so the instrument will not slip off and also prevents my little ones from pulling it off the mount. You need to lift the guitar to open the tabs then remove it from the mount. Very ingenious. I have two and I am completely satisfied.

Owned at least four of these. Sep 25, 2011

Used these for years on son's electric guitars. No fuss. Mechanics do not seems to wear out, still gripping. No way at all to knock the guitar off the wall. No neck damage to axes. Mounts well, but try to find a stud, certainly. Keeps the guitar far enough away from wall that brushing against it does not hit the body to the wall.
No complaints. If you're going to drill your wall, is it really worth it to buy a simple fork style wall hanger with no means to keep your guitar on it if it gets bumped when for a few bucks more you can get the undisputed champion of guitar wall hangers. All 5 star reviews on this baby. And I agree, and I add to that total. 5 stars

Get off of my floors... and onto my walls! Dec 23, 2011
By Eric Pearson When I first took them out of the box (6 of them) I noticed two things: 1) they looked very mechanical and bulky. 2) I wish I had gone with a simple rubber hanger with a large dip in it.
After getting them on the wall, they don't look too mechanical or bulky at all. See my customer image (the red room).
Installation was far easier than I thought it would be. I used the Toggler anchors TOGGLER SnapSkru SP Self-Drilling Drywall Anchors with Screws, USA Made, For #8 Fastener Size (Pack of 4) due to everyone assuming the included anchors would not be enough, so I didn't even need to pull out a drill bit. The most time consuming part was moving the ladder and remeasuring so my spacing and horizontal alignment were perfect.
I pick up the guitar off the wall, put it back, no issues. I have my acoustic hanging as well and it has plenty of clearance in the back.
They even look great when the guitar is not hanging... they don't stick out too much.
With a 12-month-old starting to move at light speed, I needed to get the guitars off of the floor. They're now on the wall and high enough that he won't touch them unless we're having daddy-son music time.
