I won't buy any other kind of stand. May 19, 2010
By L. Hunnewell This stand is awesome. It's small enough to fold up and stash it anywhere. It has padding so your guitar won't get scratched. Well constructed. It's just the right width for a electric guitar or bass. I recommend this stand to anybody who has a guitar. It will not work for an acoustic guitar, it's not wide enough.

great compact stand Sep 09, 2010
By Enrique I was looking for a compact stand that would fit in a gig bag with my effects pedals, and due to the size of the bag it needed to fold flat to fit with everything else. This stand fit the bill perfectly, and hasn't let me down. It's sturdy, well balanced, and easy to drop my electric guitars into without worrying about seating them perfectly. I'd buy this again if it were stolen, I'm happy with my purchase.

Great Portable Stand That's Safe For Most Guitar Finishes Jan 27, 2013
By Robert I. Hedges I have two Hercules GS302B stands for my electric guitars, and I couldn't be happier with them. At the forefront of my purchasing decision was the safety of my guitars. Not only do stands have to hold guitars securely, they shouldn't harm the finishes of the instrument. Unfortunately many stands will harm the nitrocellulose lacquer on many higher-end guitars; since I have two guitars of this nature, protecting them was of the utmost import to me. Fortunately these stands protect most nitrocellulose finishes, and I have never had problems with mine. The stands themselves fold up to be very compact if you need portability and support the guitar very securely (though depending on jack and cord configuration you may have to unplug the guitar lead before setting it in the stand.) I don't gig with these guitars, so portability was not paramount, but stability was: these stands are extremely stable and are very sturdy. Some people may not love the yellow and black "bumble bee" coloration, but I actually find it whimsically industrial. I also have a Hercules GS301B for my acoustic guitar that I find equally pleasing. I really like these stands: they are safe, portable, rugged, and won't hurt the finish on most guitars (I even trust my Les Paul Custom to one!)

Good solid stand. Nov 29, 2011
By buho_blanco Durable, works perfectly, balances the instrument well, folds down small. A good stand to have. The only thing I don't care for much is the black and yellow color combination. Looks like something Stryper would use. Not that I'm anti-Stryper.. I used to listen to them quite a bit, but the black and yellow doesn't really do it for me. Otherwise though.. Yeah, very good stand.
Perfect for Gibson Les Paul Apr 22, 2013
By Andrew Clapp Not only does this stand remain very stable, it folds up flat so you can put it in a small backpack. Great design. If you are like me and worry about the nitro finish on your Gibson, I can say this stand has not marred the finish at all. I don't leave the Gibson on the stand for more than a couple hours at a time, it goes back in the case. If you are looking for a very sturdy extremely compact guitar stand, look no further.
