Red Jam Block Delivers Excellent Sound May 26, 2010
By Nicholas Dietrich I highly recommend this Jam Block. I ordered one partially out of curiosity and it works far better than I expected. It looks very cool mounted on top of my hi-hat. I'm most impressed by the volume of the sound it makes, and when hit correctly it can always be heard very clearly over my drumming. Something that I found very helpful when deciding on this block was that you can listen to the sounds that different size blocks make on the manufacture's website. Make sure to listen before you buy so that you can be certain which block you want.

Wood-like tone, but louder Oct 24, 2008
By New England Yankee My low pitch jam block is used for clave when playing congas. It is mounted in LP's Gajate mounting bracket attached to a Drum Workshop pedal, and it can be played softly or really cut (especially if I turn the pedal striker to the hard face). LP's blocks are really well-designed and shaped. The plastic takes abuse, the sound is pleasing and, used with sticks, have great tonal range and dynamic range. I would take them over virtually any available alternative. Highly recommended.
Spice up your Music Oct 24, 2012
By Brittnee Laverty If your looking to spice up your music, check out the Latin Percussion Jam Block. This jam block provided my band the extra sound needed to add to our music. This is the medium pitch block that has a great tone.
I would recommend this block to anyone that is needing to add a jam block or extra sounds to your drum kit. I also light the red color that spices up the kit too!

By Raphael Jam block de qualité, aucune surprise. Toujours constant dans le fabrication. Les vis ont tendance à se dévisser, surtout lorsque joué au pied.

By Allan N. Ramos Great block. LP knows what they're doing. Durable and high quality materials. I recommend for any scenario or style of music. These things cut through anything!
