It is okay Jul 26, 2010 It is okay, nothing special, It worked for the surface stuff, but my strings still look a little dark, guess it is time to change htem.
Worth it. Jul 22, 2010 This thing works great for me. I like how it's chemical free, and I've been washing it off regularly and using the same one for a year now, there's only cosmetic knicks to the plastic. It does get tight at the first fret, but I can't imagine anything that wouldn't, so I guess 4 and a half?
The bass version works just as well, and has another pad on the bottom that cleans the fretboard. This is a really good option for anyone leery of getting all sorts of chemicals near their instrument.
Pleased May 22, 2010 Item works pretty well. I would give it 4 1/2 stars. I only take off half a star because it can get stuck on some of the lower frets (around 1st and 2nd). Overall very pleased and I would replace if it was lost/stolen.
Good product. May 16, 2010 Since I've been using it my string are much cleaner. I would agree with the other person who said that it would've been nice to have some thing to clean frets on the bottom part. Anyway good product, definitely recommend it.

Does its job Mar 14, 2010 I'm on the fence with this product. It does its job so no real complaints there, however once applied I feel it may be damaging my frets. I havent seen wear or visible damage but as you run it up the neck of the guitar you hear it hit all the frets. If you apply pressure to keep it from hitting it then pulls the top cleaning pad off, away from the strings causing it not to clean the top. Much more convenient then using a string cleaning cloth though so I'm sticking with this.
